Fair, but limited facilities and not close to restaurants or shops
The staff were pleasant, but clearly understaffed.
We had issues with the water in the room booked (standard) and they upgraded us immediately to a suite in another block, which was great.
Rooms were clean, and housekeeping and laundry service was good.
The hotel is quite far away from restaurants and shops (7/11). The food at the hotel, unfortunately, was not great and as a whole, with limited facilities and low levels of staff, I do not think this hotel is good value for money.

Nothing
Very bad location,maintenance and cleanliness was horrible.The room was very small with rough furnishing.Even the bed close to the Toilet.
Caution:Do not drink the bottled water in the room that make me got gastroenteritis.
Fortunately we move to another hotel next day!

trotz wenig personal alle nett und freundlich muss vor ein paar jahren ein top hotel gewesen sein
umgebung trostlos meiner meinung nach wird nichts mehr investiert oder gereinigt //liegt nicht am personal// den ganzen tag russische musik
